As a civil/environmental engineer, Mr. Dow has been responsible for the design, permitting, bid administration, and installation of multiple residential and business developments throughout western North Carolina. He has experience with the design and construction of various erosion and sedimentation control, stream restoration, solid waste management, and wastewater irrigation projects. Mr. Dow has also been involved in numerous environmental site assessments.
