As an environmental engineer and hydrogeologist for over 20 years, Mr. Hastings has played an integral role in managing complex soil/groundwater investigations, as well as developing and managing water programs for large petrochemical facilities throughout the US and Gulf of Mexico. He also has considerable experience developing and implementing soil/groundwater assessment technologies under RCRA, CERCLA, and other regulatory programs. Additionally, Mr. Hastings has extensive experience implementing risk-based RCRA corrective actions and providing regulatory support to the oil and gas sector.
