Mr. Ormond has over 15 years experience as a civil engineer and project manager specializing in water resources and environmental engineering. He has broad technical experience ranging from planning and computer modeling to detailed engineering and design. He has been the lead engineer on over 40 diverse water resources and environmental projects ranging from small-scale design to regional-level planning. Throughout his career, one of his primary specializations has been stormwater management, with a more recent focus on low impact development and sustainable design. As a project manager, Mr. Ormond has managed numerous complex, multi-discipline water resources and environmental projects with engineering fees of up to $2 million.
