Alec Macbeth, PG

Mr. Macbeth has been a geologist for 19 years.  His technical expertise is designing and implementing assessment and remediation of impacted soil, groundwater, surface water, and sediment.  Mr. Macbeth joined Altamont in November 2008 from a large environmental firm where he had extensive experience in all phases of environmental work for the US Air Force and US Army Corps of Engineers, as well as industrial clients.  At Altamont, Mr. Macbeth serves as a senior geologist for a wide range of projects that includes landfill monitoring and compliance, water quality and resource issues, and site assessments and remediation.  He is pleased to be contributing to projects local to Western North Carolina.
