Lisa Manning, PE, LEED AP

Ms. Manning's experience includes green, LEED, and low impact development design consulting, residential and commercial site layouts, stormwater BMP design and modeling, Preliminary Engineering Reports, environmental and municipal regulatory compliance, grant writing, and business development.  Her engineering expertise include the evaluation and testing of products for compliance with standards/regulations, conceptual and mechanical testing of designs, and technical report writing.

She has also coordinated projects relating to Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, stormwater and erosion control device inspections, brownfield agreements, and surface water and groundwater sampling, monitoring, analysis, and remediation projects in North and South Carolinas.  She has given many presentations on green design and sustainability to civic groups and professional organizations and has participated on boards of non-profit environmental groups.  

Ms. Manning also has experience in the areas of environmental biology, chemistry, and ecology. Her environmental experience further includes field sampling and monitoring, laboratory analysis, data interpretation, salt marsh and oyster habitat restoration, research on the effects of saltwater on wetlands, community outreach, and college-level laboratory instruction.
