
Paul Dow, PE

Mr. Dow has been a civil/environmental engineer for six years, specializing in the areas of erosion control, stream restoration, solid waste management/compliance, as well as construction administration and bid documentation. He has designed and evaluated erosion-control measures, performed various evaluations of erosion and sedimentation damage, and obtained land-disturbance and water quality permits. He has also participated in streambank damage assessment and repair. Mr. Dow has designed and carried out closure of multiple county-owned landfills, has consulted to municipalities on long-term solid waste management, and created and implemented bid contract documentation for public and private sector clients. Mr. Dow is also experienced with environmental site assessments, regulatory violation response, hydraulic and hydrologic evaluations, and onsite wastewater design.
