Altamont is a company built around well-trained, experienced, and dedicated professionals who work as a team to manage all aspects of environmental restoration projects. Our designers and construction managers have demonstrated their abilities on many successful projects. Members of the Altamont team have considerable experience obtaining Clean Water Act (CWA) 404/401 permits for stream and wetland mitigation sites. For example, during the past several years we have prepared Preconstruction Notification (PCN) forms for more than 85 individual stream and wetland project sites. The requested 404 and 401 permits have been issued for nearly all of these sites.
